What equipment is standard in a Zoom Room?

Standard equipment in a Standard Zoom Room:

  • lectern PC, keyboard, mouse, touch screen with stylus
  • projector
  • microphones
  • camera
  • lectern controls - volume/show/no show etc
  • phone to contact AVS x3220

To use your own device - always start the Zoom session on the lectern PC then log your device into the Zoom session using the Zoom app on the device and join the session. You can then share from the device.
