Do I have to do anything after the session to make the Zoom Room recording available in Listen Again?
It will take between 1-4 hours usually to upload to panopto and in Listen Again after 4 hours (4 hours after the event ends). This can sometimes be delayed if the Zoom cloud services are experiencing a high load. Note that the original recording In Zoom will be deleted automatically (without warning) after it has been transferred to Panopto.
The scheduled recordings will be swapped out automatically so the academic will not need to do any changes themselves.
