Do Zoom teaching events still need to finish 10 minutes before the end of the session?
Yes all events should still finish 10 minutes before the allocated finish time regardless of whether they are on campus or on zoom. That will give students and staff time for a comfort break in case they have back to back teaching or they need to go from zoom to a physical room. Listen Again recordings stop at 50 minutes because this is the end of the lecture, as defined by the University's Timetabling Policy. After the lecture there are often conversations that are not part of the lecture and often it would be wrong for this to be recorded. Be aware that until you end the Zoom session, Zoom will still be recording. If Zoom is being used it will be the Zoom recording that is used by Listen Again.
