Our next University Strategy will set out our priorities for the period 2019-25, shaping how we advance our mission of excellence in education and research in the context of our ever-changing world. Since January 2018, we have engaged widely across our community to gather ideas and input to help us think about our shared future. These are the priorities that will frame and focus our work.

As we prepare to move to the next phase of development, it is a useful moment to share our thinking so far, and to invite your comments. Our vision is rooted in our shared purpose as a community of staff and students committed to challenge; to creativity and to collaborative action. It is rooted in our global mindset, enabled through our culture of membership and powered by our research mindset.

Our emerging strategy focuses on the actions that will advance this mission in 2019-25. It identifies three priorities for investment and action:

  1. Our People
  2. Our KnowledgeIdeas and Innovation
  3. Our Communities

For more detail, please go to the 2025 strategy page in Moodle, view the latest content, and add any thoughts, comments or ideas of your own.
