Both Skills Portfolio 1 module is designed to capture and award credit to learning that takes place on the workplace. The module introduces the learner to the concept of continuous reflection on their learning and professional development to promote ownership and responsibility of learning.
This module further promotes autonomy and recognises that each workplace is different and there will be the opportunity to develop specific skills related to the students’ workplace.
