Module Description (updated 08 May 2018)
As part of the final assessment of the exhibition option on the MA in Curating course you will submit a report on the exhibition project that you will have been involved with. This is written individually by each member of the exhibition group and is assessed and marked as individual coursework.
The individual exhibition portfolio is a document in which you will give a detailed description of the workings of whole exhibition project, as well as an analysis of the project. You will also outline your roles and responsibilities within your group, and you will be asked to assess and evaluate your own performance, as well as the performance of the group as a whole in project-managing the exhibition.
As an evaluation tool this document will focus on the successes of the exhibition project as well as give you the opportunity to develop a critical response to what you have learned from the experience of organising your exhibition.
