This module will allow students to explore the role of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physiotherapy in the management of patients from different age groups and populations, with medical and surgical conditions, both in the acute and non acute settings. Students will develop their assessment, clinical reasoning and treatment intervention skills for this group of patients. The impact of psychosocial and diversity issues on rehabilitation will be considered.
