LW221-_-__ : Children and the Law

This 15 credit module, taught over the Autumn Term, examines child law (the gamut of legal frameworks relating to children) within its social and historical contexts, at both the international and domestic levels. Students are introduced to relevant theoretical debates, providing them the opportunity to think critically about key areas of child law, including children's rights, youth justice, child-adult relations, and children in armed conflict.
