All staff within health, social care and other practice settings have a responsibility to contribute to the governance processes in place to ensure the quality, efficiency and effectiveness within current service delivery. You will draw on previous learning and placement experiences to develop your leadership skills in relation to enhancing service delivery, within a local and regional context.
The skills and learning from this module will be further developed in the next module 'Advancing Occupational Therapy Practice' where you will extend your knowledge to understand and apply national and international trends and contexts.
